Executive Assistant Position

  • 25-30 hours/week.   

    Working from our Cary office 2-3 days a week and home 2-3 days a week.  

    For parents:  This position can be during school hours so you can work and still be present for your kids.  

    Some travel to purchase supplies and/or drop off marketing materials may be required (mileage is paid).

    Marketing: research opportunities, create marketing materials and communicate with networks.

    Client care: Answer phone calls/emails and assess the best clinician for the client based on their needs.  Ensure all onboarding, follow up, and coordination is complete. 

    General administration: Monitor and manage Founder’s email and calendar, make phone calls, maintain spreadsheets and compile data, update manuals, conduct research, coordinate meetings/classes/outings, maintain office supplies and cleanliness, and create and maintain efficient workflows and systems.  

    HR:  Ensure employee records are maintained, send and compile surveys, assist with employee onboarding, keep track of and celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and special events.

    Able to confidently handle private and confidential information 

    Preferred but not required:  Familiarity with training AI to automate tasks (We’re not looking for someone who uses AI to write simple emails and letters.  We’re looking for someone who has excellent writing skills on their own.  We’re looking for someone who can use and train AI to optimize our systems and create more efficiency)

    Preferred but not required:  Both English and Spanish speaker/writer

  • $25/hour

  • This role is for someone who reads our mission, vision, and values and jumps out of her chair saying “Heck yeah…I’m on board!”  This position is for someone who is focused, driven, dedicated, loves details, is ridiculously organized, doesn’t let things slip through the cracks, and desires a job they can own with excellence.

  • People who are looking for a short-term job, gossip, are lazy, are unreliable, get overwhelmed easily, need lots of handholding, or have a poor attitude need not apply.  


Therapist Position

    • Perform in-person (2-3 days per week, depending on business need) and Telehealth (2-3 days per week, depending on business need in your home) clinical counseling services to clients of Be Still, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies. 

    • Maintain a consistent work schedule (to be negotiated based on your needs and the needs of Be Still) that includes 30 available client appointments per week so that with cancellations you can maintain a caseload of at least 26 clients per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Be Still.

    • Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.

    • Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Be Still.

    • Respond to colleagues and clients’ communication the same business day, whether it is made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. or through the Be Still website.  

    • Communicate with a client’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as appropriate.

    • Timely complete written records for each client including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Be Still or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion.  Keep client files accurate and up-to-date.

    • Ensure coding for services provided or canceled is consistent with the policy and rate for such services as established by Be Still.

    • Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by Be Still.

    • Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the goodwill and reputation of Be Still.

    • Other duties as be assigned.

    • Must attend sessions and meetings as scheduled and be punctual in reporting to work.

    • Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work; and

    • Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LCMHC) in the State of North Carolina (Both full and provisional licenses are welcome).  A copy must be provided to Be Still.

    • Available to hold at least 26 client sessions per week (with 30 client sessions available in your schedule to allow for cancellations), provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Be Still.

    • Be organized and detail oriented.

    • Be a team player.

    • Be professional, respectful,  cooperative, and collaborative with co-workers.  

    • Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.

    • Be able to work independently on tasks assigned.

    • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

    • Prior experience in a private practice setting is highly preferred.

    • Have at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e., anxiety, depression, women, teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, etc.).

  • Fully Licensed

    52 or greater billable hours per pay period

    • $60 per session (a session includes billing a 90837 or private pay equivalent in addition to all notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, case collaboration and care associated with that session) 

    • 1 hour of administrative time per 6 billable hours at $20 per hour.  

    • At an expected 1248 sessions per year, the estimated annual compensation, including the clinical hour, admin pay, PTO, medical reimbursement, phone/internet reimbursement, and CEU reimbursement is $85, 386.67

     51 or fewer billable hours per pay period 

    • $55 per session (a session includes billing a 90837 or private pay equivalent in addition to all notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, case collaboration and care associated with that session) 

    • 1 hour of administrative time per 6 billable hours at $20 per hour.  


    Associate Licensed

    52 or greater billable hours per pay period 

    • $55 per session (a session includes billing a 90837 or equivalent in addition to all notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, case collaboration and care associated with that session) 

    • 1 hour of administrative time per 6 billable hours at $20 per hour.  

    • At an expected 1248 sessions per year, the estimated annual compensation, including the clinical hour, admin pay, PTO, medical reimbursement, and phone/internet reimbursement, and CEU reimbursement is $79, 016.67

     51 or fewer billable hours per pay period 

    • $50 per session (a session includes billing a 90837 or private pay equivalent in addition to all notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, case collaboration and care associated with that session) 

    • 1 hour of administrative time per 6 billable hours at $20 per hour. 

    • $3, 600 healthcare reimbursement per year (QSEHRA)

    • PTO (1 week after 9 months of full-time employment-more to come as we grow) 

      • Annual billable hours are based on 48 weeks, so colleagues can take up to 5 weeks off per year (1 paid, 4 unpaid)

    • Phone/computer reimbursement ($600/year) 

    • CEU reimbursement ($500 per year) 

    • Clinicians are paid bi-weekly a flat fee for all billable sessions, even if claims have not yet been paid. 

    • All employer taxes are paid (whereas independent contractors owe an additional ~10% of their paycheck in taxes)

    • Individual supervision (that counts for licensure for LCSWs, individual case consultation is offered to other license types as well) 

    • Monthly group case consultation

    • Monthly intensives about different topics to help you grow clinically 

    • All benefits verifications, claims filing, collecting copays/deductibles/fees, is provided.  

    • All marketing is written for you and all advertising is paid for by Be Still.  

    • In-house wellness programs and training (i.e., compassion fatigue, burnout, etc.) 

    • Quarterly team outings

    • Regular access to support and training from our Founder

Be Still will be a premier holistic wellness center to enhance the mental, physical, social, and spiritual wellness of teen girls and women in North Carolina. 

Care will integrate the best of evidence-based practice with the wisdom of Christian faith upon request.  Our practice will include an integrative team of Counselors, Mindfulness Teachers, Medication Prescribers, Dieticians, Functional Pharmacists, Neurofeedback Practitioners, Spiritual Directors, Trauma-informed Yoga instructors, etc.
