Mindfulness & Compassion: An Introductory Series

6-week online course

Mondays from 12:00p-1:30p

The path of mindfulness and awakening leads to both inner awareness and compassion, which then translates to an outer expression of those qualities through our words and actions.

This is an introductory online class designed to help you cultivate a deeper sense of awareness, presence, and compassion. You'll learn foundational mindfulness practices that focus on being fully present in the moment, which will help you feel “more alive” and enhance all aspects of well-being.

Through teaching, practice, and discussion, you’ll gain the tools to quiet the mind, increase focus, and develop greater compassion for yourself and others. This class is perfect for beginners looking to integrate mindfulness into their lives and experience its transformative benefits.
