Ashley DeArcia, Counselor
licensed clinical mental health counselor associate
I serve tweens, teens, & women who feel life isn’t what they thought it would be and need a space to figure out what’s next and navigate the unknown.
i believe
Healing and growth can happen through understanding, self compassion, and intentional change.
Each waking moment is a chance to start fresh, reflect, and move forward with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose.
Progress isn’t linear, but it’s possible!
Healing isn’t about just symptom relief…it’s about mental, physical, social, and spiritual transformation.
This is your space. You don’t need to have the “right words” or even know how you’re feeling. This is a place to figure it out together.
Recognizing unhealthy patterns that hold a person back from realizing their true potential can help unlock freedom.
Therapy can help clients live more aligned with their values and beliefs.
You can develop greater trust in yourself.

What it’s like to work with ashley
In our sessions together, we’ll navigate your challenges together in a way that honors your values and moves toward meaningful change.
I believe healing and wholeness comes when clients feel understood, safe, and empowered. I meet clients with warmth and empathy, all while providing supportive guidance and insight that allows them to move toward a more hopeful future.
My lived experience coupled with personal growth and professional training make me uniquely effective.
I’ve known I was called to be a Therapist since I was 10!
Although I was born and raised in North Carolina, I grew up speaking both English and Spanish.
I treasure the Hispanic traditions and values my parents passed down, such as the importance of family, resilience, and showing up for others.
I worked full-time while earning both degrees, balancing responsibilities and pushing through self doubt and exhaustion just to keep moving forward.
I’ve made decisions that pulled me out of my comfort zone, choosing the harder path to grow personally and professionally.
I’ve faced setbacks and challenges that made me question my worth and abilities, while still showing up, even when I didn’t feel good enough.
I’ve experienced big changes in my career and personal life, learning just how difficult and unpredictable change can be.
I’ve had moments of feeling lost, unsure of what’s next, yet these moments have built my resilience and shaped how I help others find their way.
I’m the middle child of three sisters.
When I am not serving clients, you’ll find me taking my dog on long walks or spending time with my loved ones. I also enjoy thrifting and checking out new coffee shops. I go to the beach whenever I can!
