I serve teen girls & women struggling with anxiety, depression, grief & loss, & life transitions.

i believe

You are allowed to be both a masterpiece & a work in progress…simultaneously.

  • Our identity should be not only acknowledged but celebrated.

  • Healing takes place when we are empowered to take ownership of our journey.

  • We can put down the mask and show up as our authentic, messy selves.

  • We can reclaim our confidence and peace of mind while honoring our unique experiences.

  • Being a woman is layered and nuanced-we live many realities and can meet them with empathy and respect.

  • We can transform feelings of unworthiness into confidence and step into our power with clarity and purpose.

  • Healing is possible with support to navigate our struggles while we celebrate our strengths.

Change starts today.

  • I work with women, tween, & teen girls struggling with anxiety, depression, grief & loss, and going through the transitions of life.

  • I help women transform feelings of unworthiness into confidence, overcome anxiety, and step into their power with clarity and purpose. You’ll leave therapy not just with insights but with practical tools to sustain your growth and well-being.

I am able to connect with clients on a deep, personal level. Especially women of color who may not see themselves reflected in traditional therapeutic spaces. I want to create a space where your identity is not only acknowledged but celebrated.

What it’s like to work with Morgan

This is a space for you to show up as your authentic self. Here, you’ll be seen, heard, & respected.

When clients come to see me, they can expect a warm, nonjudgmental, and safe space where their story is heard and honored. I meet clients where they are, taking a holistic and client-centered approach to help them navigate challenges and celebrate their strengths. My hope is to work collaboratively to set goals that align with a client’s values and vision for their life.

When I am not serving clients, you’ll find me traveling in the states and abroad, cooking, and exercising. I love trying new restaurants-especially those on a rooftop with a great view! I have a chihuahua terrier named Nola.

My lived experience coupled with personal growth and professional training make me uniquely effective.

  • I have worked with hundreds of college students-assessing their goals and dreams and crafting a plan to get there.

  • I have been the caregiver of a parent who has passed away.

  • My counseling practice is not an academic exercise-I have grown, healed and learned from many of my own personal struggles.

  • I have lived in 5 states.

  • I am the only girl of my family (and the middle child!).
